广西与东盟持续共探智慧农业减贫合作新路径 - 杏彩体育
中新社南宁9月17日电 (俞靖 杨陈)2026中国(广西)—东盟农业与减贫合作会议17日在南宁召开，会议以“共话智慧农业与减贫合作，携手发展新质生产力”为主题，旨在深化中国与东盟国家在人工智能、智慧农业等领域合作。
广西壮族自治区人民政府副主席黄汝生致辞时介绍，近年来，广西与东盟农业合作持续深化，取得农产品贸易快速增长、农业双向投资持续扩展、科技合作迈向系统化等成果，不少东盟企业在广西建设农业项目，双方共建农业合作示范园等科技合作平台32个。

他建议各方携手共筑开放融通的农业贸易新格局、共建协同联动的农业科技新体系、共推普惠包容的减贫合作新模式，携手打造中国广西东盟水果集散中心，建设中国东盟智慧农业先行区，在柬埔寨、老挝等国家持续推进大棚蔬菜、水稻种植等小而美民生项目，助力乡村发展。
东帝汶农业、畜牧业、渔业和林业部部长马科斯·达·克鲁斯表示，广西对接东南亚的农业发展合作路径，对东帝汶具有借鉴意义，期待能与各方在灌溉水利、农产品加工、数字农业等领域开展合作，助农民增收，持续推进农业可持续发展与减贫。
柬埔寨王国农业、林业和渔业部副国务秘书洪纳利表示，柬中农业合作已迈入黄金时期。依托双方投资与技术转让，柬埔寨正加快摆脱单纯低附加值农业发展模式，推动农业全价值链升级。
当天会议还签署中国(广西)—越南罗非鱼繁殖合作项目、中国(广西)—泰国罗氏沼虾种业科技渔业合作项目、中国—老挝现代农业工匠学院学历教育合作办学项目、中国(广西)—印度尼西亚农业机械化智能化合作项目等4项重要合作项目，涵盖渔业养殖、人才培养、农业机械化与智能化等领域。(完)

It’s great that you share these tips with young and aspiring writers. Even though they may not be writing novels, I believe it will be very useful for them to learn something new from a really skilled writer like you. I’d be glad to hear some recommendations on how a writer can develop the plot without cutting down chapters (I often see it in the books of young writers). Anyway, thank you for this post, it is very informative!

I completely agree with you on the last point, but I also think it would be great to find out the ways of correct relationship development between main characters. It would be really interesting.
